About Michael

Michael was admitted as a solicitor in 1979 having graduated from the University of Sydney with combined Arts/Law degrees. He has spent his entire professional life in rural New South Wales but acts for clients throughout the State.

In addition, Michael has been an accredited specialist in personal injury law with the Law Society of New South Wales since 1993. As an accredited specialist he is recognised as having superior skills and responsibilities in conducting personal injury claims. He is required to undergo additional continuing study to maintain his accreditation.

What Michael does

Michael practices in Compensation Law and has acted for injured people for over 40 years recovering substantial amounts in compensation including for injured people suffering catastrophic injuries.

He has access to experienced barristers including senior counsel as well as both medical and other forensic experts required in complex litigation.

He is experienced in conducting personal injury claims in the appropriate jurisdictions in New South Wales including the District Court, the Supreme Court and Appellate Courts including the High Court of Australia as well as the Personal Injuries Commission. He also acts in insurance matters, WorkSafe matters and coronial inquests.

All professional fees are fully disclosed to every client and are only charged where the injured person's claim has been successful (conditions apply). Every claim is conducted to recover all compensation allowed by the law.

Michael has been a Notary Public since 2013 following his appointment by the Supreme Court of New South Wales and assists clients and the public with international transactions.
