About Beth

Beth was admitted as a solicitor in 1999 after completing her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Economics at UNSW. She has been a hardworking member of our team for over 25 years.

What Beth does

Beth practices primarily in the areas of Estate planning and the administration of deceased Estates, as well as advising on Stamp Duty issues. She assists her clients with the preparation of their Wills, Powers of Attorney and Enduring Guardians.

Beth also helps clients to navigate the processes involved when a loved one has passed away, including making Applications for Probate or Letters of Administration when needed.

Beth utilises a practical approach and attention to detail to help every client find tailor made solutions for the needs of their own unique family circumstances to achieve their succession planning goals.

Life Outside McINTOSH McPHILLAMY & CO 

Beth is very involved in the local community as a member of the Bathurst Panorama Chorus, Head Steward for the Royal Bathurst Show and volunteer at the Bathurst Eisteddfod. 

Beth is also the Treasurer of the Central West Law Society and a Life Member of the Bathurst Netball Association. 

Beth loves cooking, crafts, gardening and spending time with her family.
