About Jane           

Jane is a Director at McIntosh McPhillamy & Co with over 20 years’ experience as a legal practitioner. She is a leader in the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution practice, with particular expertise in family provision claims and estate litigation. Jane acts for a wide range of clients, including individuals, businesses, and corporate entities, delivering strategic and practical legal solutions.

What Jane does

Her practice spans court litigation, business sales and acquisitions, commercial leasing, and succession-related disputes. Jane is known for her client-focused approach, strong attention to detail, and ability to resolve complex matters efficiently—whether through the court process, mediation, or negotiated settlement.

Jane holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from the University of Manchester and a Diploma in Law through the Legal Practitioners Admission Board. Jane was admitted to practice in NSW in 2005 and is also admitted to the High Court of Australia. She is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales.

Life Outside McINTOSH McPHILLAMY & CO 

Jane lives with her family on a lifestyle farm. When not at work, she can often be found ferrying her boys to their many sporting, creative and social events.
