About Kayana

Kayana graduated from the University of New England in 2019 and was admitted before the Supreme Court of New South Wales in September 2019.

What she does

Kayana has a keen interest in Criminal Law and regularly appears before the Local and District Court. She seeks justice and prides herself on providing excellent service and legal advice to all her clients.

Kayana also practices Family Law and is passionate about helping her clients during the difficult transition period often associated with a family law breakdown. She prides herself on negotiating smart and realistic resolutions for her client’s property and children issues.

Kayana assists James with the firms' Legal Aid work and enjoys helping those who would not otherwise be able to afford quality legal advice.

Qualifications

Kayana obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the University of New England.

 Life outside McIntosh McPhillamy & Co

Kayana is a freelance writer who also runs a lifestyle blog that celebrates life in the Central West. She is married with four young children and enjoys playing netball, basketball and muay thai.
