ABOUT KAYANA 

Kayana graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New England (UNE) in 2019 and was admitted as a solicitor before the Supreme Court of New South Wales in September 2019.  

WHAT KAYANA DOES

Kayana practices primarily in Criminal Law, Family Law, Traffic Law and Conveyancing.

Kayana regularly appears before the Local and District Courts on behalf of her clients. She has a keen interest in Criminal Law and prides herself on providing excellent service as well as quality legal advice with the objective of seeking justice for her clients.

Kayana is also passionate about helping her clients during the difficult transition period often associate with a Family Law breakdown. Kayana strives to negotiate and obtain smart and realistic resolutions for her client's property and children's issues. 

Kayana is a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia and regularly appears before the Family Court and Federal Circuit Court of Australia.

Kayana assists James with the firms' Legal Aid work and enjoys helping those who would not otherwise be able to afford quality legal advice.

Kayana is married with four young children and enjoys playing netball and  basketball.
