Michael Schwab

B.A., LL.B. Acc. Spec. (Personal Injury)

Michael was admitted as a solicitor in 1979 having obtained combined Arts/Law degrees from the University of Sydney and has worked exclusively in personal injury compensation for over 30 years.

He has held Specialist Accreditation in Personal Injury Law since 1993 and is a Foundation Member of the Australian Plaintiff Lawyers Association (APLA) now known as the Australian Lawyers Alliance, an association committed to the protection and enhancement of the right to full and proper compensation.

Michael is the only accredited specialist in personal injury law in Bathurst.

Joining the firm in 1984, Michael has extensive experience in handling claims within his specialty

He has been a Claims Assessor for the Motor Accidents Authority and has delivered papers in his area of specialty. He has successfully represented clients in multi million dollar claims. Michael has immediate access to skilled and experienced barristers including senior counsel and forensic experts required in complex litigation.

Michael's first consultation is free of charge.
Michael is committed to pro bono community legal assistance, and is an Honorary Solicitor and a past President of a Bathurst community-based Pre-School.
