Drink Driving
Drink driving is treated seriously under the law in New South Wales and could have a severe impact on your license, career and reputation. A drink driving charge may occur if the police obtain a breath sample and the results indicate a level of alcohol over the “prescribed concentration of alcohol” (PCA). If you have been faced with a drink driving charge you must see a solicitor immediately.
Our drink driving experts can:
- Explain the range of acceptable PCA in New South Wales;
- Discuss the range of penalties you may face;
- Advise on the correct way in which Police may administer a breath analysis and blood test;
- Appear with you when obtaining Police instructions and interviews;
- Explain bail undertakings and court processes; and
Represent you in court where appropriate.
