Beth was admitted as a solicitor in 1999 and has since provided advice on broad range of areas including probate, estate planning, property and stamp duty.

Joining the firm prior to her admission, Beth is now responsible for the Firm's Deceased Estates practice and has extensive experience in this area.

Beth provides legal services and advice across a number of areas including:

  • Deceased Estates
  • Electricity easements
  • Leasing
  • Non-conveyancing property matters
  • Old System Titles Conversions
  • Possessory applications
  • Stamp duties
  • Wills, Powers of Attorney and Appointments of Enduring Guardian

Involved actively with the community, Beth is on the Committees of the Bathurst Netball Association and Dio & MacKillop Ex-Students Association, as well as being a member of the Bathurst Panorama Chorus and Treasurer of the Central West Law Society.
