McIntosh McPhillamy & Co pioneered the concept of a free legal advice clinic on a Saturday morning commencing in 1992.
At the Clinic you will meet individually with a qualified solicitor in an informal but confidential environment. Your solicitor will listen, explain your rights and let you know what steps you can take.
There is no need for an appointment, the Clinic is open every Saturday morning from 9.00 until 11.00 (except long weekends, Christmas and Easter).
The experienced lawyers at McIntosh McPhillamy & Co are rostered to give advice at the Clinic. If there is a need for specialist advice whether it be in Family Law, Criminal, Compensation Claims, Work Place Claims, Motor Vehicle Claims or other areas and our specialist is not attending the Clinic that morning, arrangements are made to ensure that specialist attention is provided during the following week, also, free of charge.

The Clinic is conducted in the McIntosh McPhillamy & Co offices at Level 1, Royal Hotel Building, 108 William Street, Bathurst. As some days are busier than others, it is best to arrive early.
