McIntosh, McPhillamy & Co, Bathurst, is
the oldest law firm in the Central West of New South Wales, and
has been serving the region since 1845. As a commitment to providing
legal services across the region, the Firm has expanded to include
offices in Oberon, and also provides a free legal advice clinic
in Bathurst.
The Firm consists of twelve (12) Lawyers, and
is supported by sixteen (16) administration staff, and is
the largest law firm in Bathurst.
The Firm represents a large number of private
clients and a diverse range of companies, public and private organisations
in Western New South Wales.
Our objective is to be the legal service provider
of choice in Bathurst and the surrounding region.

The Firm presently comprises five (5) legal
practitioner directors, two (2) consultants and five (5) employed
Lawyers.
Lawyers:
The Firm has accredited specialists in Local
Government & Planning Law and Personal Injury Law. All of
our Lawyers are streamed into areas which accommodate their particular
expertise with some overlapping of skills.
The Lawyers of the Firm are committed to the
community and are involved through various services, churches,
businesses and community and charity organisations. The Firm provides
scholarships for tertiary education through its position as a
Governor of the CSU-Mitchell Foundation.
The Firm participates in many community projects
and also acts as Honorary Lawyers for a number of community and
charitable organisations.
